These Therapeutic Art Coaching Sessions offer a restorative pause—a chance to gently process your emotions, reflect, and express yourself in a way that brings peace and insight.
No artistic experience is needed. Just a willingness to explore, a few simple materials, and the desire to reconnect with what matters most to you.

Through guided therapeutic art activities, you’ll:

"See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands." In this session, meditate on your worth and 'belovedness' in Christ as you create a symbolic piece of art to represent how deeply known and loved you are by God. This exercise helps replace self-doubt with sacred confidence in His love.

Create a visual reflection of Psalm 23, the ultimate reminder of God's care and provision. Through a guided collage process, piece together a sacred image of rest, trust, and divine leading.
You may choose to frame your finished piece as a gentle reminder of your healing journey, or keep it tucked away in a personal journal—whatever feels right for you.
